Monthly Squash Group Coaching by Mekhala Subedar Mon & Wed, 6 am - 7 am OR Tue & Thu, 5.30 pm - 6.30 pm Dayanand Sagar Institutes, Kumaraswamy Layout, Bangalore Sessions start with a warmup (about 10 mins), drills, rallies, matches, endurance exercises and cool down routine. ABOUT THE COACH: Mekhala Subedar is a 4 time national squash champion and was recommended for the prestigious Arjuna award in 2001 and 2002. She is a qualified level 2 coach and a certified International Woman Referee. Charges: Rs.3500 per month for 8 one-hour sessions (This fee includes Rs.300 per month to be paid to the Institute.) Participants must carry their racquets, non marking shoes, water bottle and proper squash attire. Carrying energy food like banana is recommended. Cancellation policy: Fees once paid shall not be refunded.
