MUMBAI FOOTBALL FEST 2016 Prizes: Winners cash: Rs 1,00,000/- Runner up: Rs 30,000/- Trophies + goodies to be won VENUE: Ground in Lower Parel to be finalized Total no. of matches : 168 Format : League + knockout Date : 15 may Max no .of players : 100 Teams( 6 players + 3 subs) Age Limit: Each Player should be above 16 years. Note : No Refund will be not being applicable if team fails to make it to the tournament or late 15 minutes, no refund shall be given. Terms and Conditions. One Team can only register from one Location (6 locations available). No Re Entry will be allowed. Mumbai Football Festival & its partners reserve the right to modify the terms & conditions for participation. MFF Organizer will not be held responsible for any damages at the venue. The fest consists of a preliminary and a final competition First round will be League Match & from each venue 2 Teams will be selected for final day. Final day total 12 teams will be playing and it will be knockout round and last triangular series. If two or more teams obtain the same number of points, the order will be decided as follows: a. Goal difference b. Goals scored c. Result of the match of the teams with a tie d. Less number of yellow and red cards e. Penalty kicks according to FIFA rules. Teams have to reach 20 minutes prior to the venue. The calendar will detail the time when the match will be played, the field and the age category. It could be possible, depending on the final configuration of the groups, that team plays more than one match a day. The Organization has the right to change the groups, the calendar, the fields and timetables. Notice about any change would be given to each team leader with sufficient time. The age control of all the players will take place during the arrival day. The team leader must provide each player proper id proof and passport size photo copy. The organizers reserve the right to verify all players’ documentation relating to proof of age No player who doesn't present his document will be inscribed in the tournament. Any team not appearing at a match without a valid excuse will automatically be declared loser by 1-0. All the matches will be conducted by official MDFA referees. Any team which causes a match to be suspended whether as a result of team insubordination, players leaving the pitch, assaulting opponents, the referee, linesmen, managers, coaches, etc. any other cause which forces the referee to disqualify the team. The dates, times and venues shall be determined by the organizer and shall not be subject to appeal. Scheduled dates, times and venues may change on very short notice by the organizer. Each participating team will be sole responsible against injury or any other expenses incurred arising out of any injury sustained by him during the Tournament. All Teams have to strictly follow the Rules and Regulations. The round one shall be played on league basis. Tournament will be played according to FIFA laws of the game. Referee’s decision will be the final decision; no argument regarding the same will be entertained. Studs are not allowed on the Turf. One player can play for only one team. If any player found to be playing for more than one team, the teams will be disqualified from the tournament. Rolling substitution will be allowed at any time. Each yellow card, the player will have to sit out for 2mins. Orgainser have rights to change the Cash Prize and Rules at any moment giving prior notice. All teams to report half an hour before their match, in order to fill up the lineup form. Any team failing to turn up, or arrives late, will not be allowed to participate No alcohol consumption or cigarette smoking will be allowed at the venue, anyone found doing it, the whole team will be disqualified. The ground rules to be followed strictly. The Tournament Organization keeps the rights to make adjustments of the rules and regulations. Any changes to the above rules and regulations will be informed to team leaders immediately.
