Session plan (7-12 age group) for all centers tomorrow

*Equipment:* Cones, Markers, Smiley balls

*Warmup (7 min):* Tabata Warm up *Mobility (2 min):* Toe walking, heel walking, Flying pose walk, 90-90 hip rotation *

Water break (2 min)*

*Activity (5 min):* Dead push up

*Main drill (15 min):* Quick feet with ankle weights, T agility drill *Water break (2 min)*

*Games (5min):* Reflex rally: GOPHER BALL (This game is going to test your reaction and agility skills. I want 3 of you to face down. You are 1, you are 2, you are 3, the 4th player has to stand a few steps away, throw the ball and call a no. If your number is called, you have to quickly stand up and catch the ball before it bounces for the 2nd time. Every catch, you get a point. 1st one to reach 5 points wins)

*Cooldown (5 min):* Toe hold, P-touch, L-shape, butterfly, butterfly position - forehead on toe stretch, cobra stretch
